Move-out checklist

  • ✓Take photos and video of every room
  • ✓Compare to ingoing condition report
  • ✓Clean oven, kitchen, bathrooms thoroughly
  • ✓Remove all belongings and rubbish
  • ✓Repair any tenant-caused damage
  • ✓Mow lawns and tidy garden (if applicable)
  • ✓Return all keys, remotes and fobs
  • ✓Attend the final inspection
  • ✓Get a copy of the outgoing condition report
